ALARM DESCRIPTIONS

Electronic card has a short circuit or #15 relay on (closed) at

power on or in stop position.

Forward microswitch is on at power on.

Backward switch is on at power on.

Potentiometer not at the central position at power on (>0.3V).

Broken potentiometer or wrong position (>4.7V).

Microswitches forward and backward are both on.

Thermic protection within the chopper card has opened the

circuit.

NOTES:

If an alarm is present at power on, the machine will not

move.

Alarms 4, 6 and the thermic protection alarm will stop the

machine if they occur while moving.

If more than one alarm has occurred, the first alarm is indi-

cated, while the other alarms remain stored. Upon eliminat-

ing the first alarm, the next one will be indicated.

To reset the alarms, the potentiometer and the forward and

backward microswitches must be in the central position.
